Information on this website is general, provided for information purposes only, and does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice for your specific circumstances. The scope, fees, deliverables, and responsibilities for any engagement are defined in a written agreement and statement of work.

- do not introduce malicious code or interfere with the website's operation, integrity, or security;
- do not copy or reproduce content except as permitted; and

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, and the Risk Core Vision name and marks, are owned by or licensed to Risk Core Vision and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Any penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, or other security testing is performed only under a signed agreement that defines the authorized scope, targets, timing, and rules of engagement. You represent that you have authority to authorize testing of the systems in scope. Nothing on this website authorizes testing of any system.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Risk Core Vision from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts in the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
